Noosa is certainly having its moment in the sun.

Last week a property at Teewah Beach sold for $10.5 million, a record price.
The property has 470m of beach frontage and views over Noosa's five bay.

This week a sale of a Wyuna Drive property at $11.9 million toppled that record. But even this record is not set to last with fresh interest in Pat Rafters $18 million Sunshine Beach home.

Local agents report that Europeans and interstate buyers are attracted to the high quality and safe environment.
With the natural assets of beaches, lakes, river, restaurants and shopping there is something for everyone.

Core Logic reports Outstanding Capital Growth

Property markets around the country may be slowing but not in the Noosa region. The Sunshine Coast has experienced growth rates of 6.6%, according to the latest Core Logic report.

The median sale price in Noosa Heads rose by 13.7% in 2016/2017, to $895,000, in Cooran it rose by 11.8% to $397,000, Doonan 10.6% to $785,000 and Sunshine Beach by 10% to $1,160,000.
