The sale of an apartment on Noosa shopping strip sold for $6.9 million, prompting local agents to believe the Sunshine Coast is on the move again.
The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit at 2/23 Hastings Street, sold at an auction that attracted 6 registered bidders. The auctioneer said the level of interest in Noosa was the highest he had seen.
Latest figures show Noosa Heads had experienced Queensland highest capital growth in the past year at 12.2%.
Further along the Coast at Sunrise Beach a pair of Melbourne Buyers have snapped up two of the most high end properties on the Sunshine Coast.
The Beaches Estate on David Low Way, was a caravan park ‘back in the day’ but now is home to million dollars mansions in a gated estate right on the beach, with no roads to cross.
